Every EA is only a rule-based trading tool. It cannot control the market, remove uncertainty, or make trading suitable for every person.
- Backtest results can change when the test period, broker, symbol, spread, or settings change.
- Demo results can differ from live trading because real execution is not always the same.
- Gold and other volatile markets can move quickly and create deep drawdown.
- Using a larger lot size can increase both profit and loss speed.
- A VPS can help MT5 stay online, but it does not improve the EA logic or trading outcome by itself.

Check the risk before thinking about profit
Before using any EA on a real account, study the report, read the manual, run your own demo or forward test, and understand the worst drawdown you may need to tolerate.
Do not choose capital based only on expected return. Capital should be planned around drawdown, margin, lot size, and the amount of loss you can personally accept.

Backtest is a study tool
A backtest helps users understand how an EA behaved under historical conditions. It can reveal drawdown, recovery behavior, trade frequency, and sensitivity to market conditions.
But a backtest cannot know future spread, future liquidity, future slippage, or future market behavior. Use it as one part of research, not as the final decision.
